1. Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, returns are no longer accepted.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items on sale or intimate apparel are not eligible for returns.

• Send the item back, ensuring it is tracked.
• Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.
